Implement robust legislation to promote affordable housing Housing Committee tasked with research into this legislation.
Establish historic district Historic District approved by NY State in September 2013 and by the Federal Government in January 2014.
Publicize user-friendly guide for new business owners Welcome MAT linked as a guide for new businesses on Village web site.
Develop a unified "Streetscape" for Main Street Main Street Streetscape Design Project nearing completion.
Study the exterior conditions of the Irvington Town Hall Construction documents for the restoration of the Irvington Town Hall nearing completion and ready for bidding late Summer 2014.
Expand use of Tiffany Reading Room Tiffany Room opened for several open houses throughout the year. A grant to develop a Tiffany trail map of historic Tiffany sites is being pursued.
Work closely with the Rivertowns Tourism Board Spring and Fall 2014 tourism campaigns completed. Currently considering additional tourism efforts in collaboration with the Rivertowns Tourism Board.
