Written Purchasing Policy
All purchases by the Village are governed by a comprehensive purchasing policy and set of procedures. The Clerk/Treasurer is primarily responsible for carrying out all purchasing tasks. Other Village officials have responsibilities including the Village Administrator and Mayor.
At the Organizational Meeting in April each year, the Board of Trustees reviews, updates, and adopts a Comprehensive Purchasing Policy and Procedures (PDF).
