NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Irvington will hold a public hearing on December 7, 2015 at 7PM at Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Irvington to consider a local law amending Chapter 195 of the Village Code to increase the income limits applicable to the Senior Citizen Rent Increase Exemption and to establish the Disabled Rent Increase Exemption.
A copy of the local law is available on the Village website WWW.IRVINGTONNY.GOV or in the office of the Village Clerk-Treasurer, 85 Main Street, Irvington.
