Request for Proposals will be received by the Village Administrator of the Village of Irvington until 3PM on Friday, September 9, 2016. Respondents shall submit three (3) proposals in a single envelope with clear markings in bold letters on the outside “Wayfinding Consultant – Contract # 2016-21”. Emailed proposals will be accepted. Proposals shall be sent to or hand delivered to Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Irvington, NY 10533.
The Request for Proposal document and all information relative thereto may be secured at the Village Clerk's Office of said Village or downloaded from www.irvingtonny.gov. There is no cost for the Request for Proposal document. The Village will not be responsible for full or partial sets of contract documents, including any addenda obtained from any other source.
The Village of Irvington reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids; or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
