Effective September 15 through December 15, the Village’s leaf blower law permits the use of gas-powered leaf blowers only on Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and on weekends and federal holidays from 10am to 4pm. In addition to these hourly limitations, for properties that are one-half acre or less in size, no more than two handheld/backpack gas-powered leaf blowers may be used at the same time and no walk-behind gas-powered leaf blowers may be used.
