Preliminary summary of community policing survey released - Draft Committee recommendations released
During the month of February, the Irvington Police Policy Review Committee conducted a wide-ranging community survey about policing in Irvington. There were over 1,000 responses to the survey. Although the results still need to be analyzed, a preliminary summary of the responses can be viewed here:

The Committee has been meeting for the past 3 months with the goal of reimagining the Irvington Police Department to ensure it is meeting the needs of the Irvington community. The Committee has released a draft report outlining over 50 recommendations.
To gather additional feedback, the Committee will hold another public listening forum TONIGHT, March 16, 2021 from 7pm to 9pm. The Zoom invitation is shown below. All are invited to attend.
The forum will be streamed live and archived on the Village's YouTube Channel.
