At their meeting on October 18, the Irvington Board of Trustees held a public hearing to consider a local law to opt-out of certain provisions of the Cannabis Law. Those provisions would allow for retail sales and consumption facilities to be located within the Village. The Board requested that a resolution be prepared for their consideration to opt-out of those provisions. The resolution will be considered during the Board of Trustees regular meeting scheduled for November 1, 2021 at 7pm.
