[ARCHIVED] 11th Annual Riverkeeper Sweep - Scenic Hudson Park

May 7, 2022 from 9am - 11:30am at Scenic Hudson Park

Join Irvington High School and Riverkeeper for a park and shoreline cleanup project at Scenic Hudson Park for the 11th Annual Riverkeeper Sweep.

Volunteers will meet in front of the flag pole/senior center, 29 Bridge St, Irvington NY 10533. There is a parking lot next to the senior center.

We ask all Sweep volunteers to also bring a hat, sunscreen, a full reusable water bottle, and a face mask, work gloves and hand sanitizer. This site is suitable for elementary-aged children with adult supervision.

*IMPORTANT! To ensure the safety of volunteers, Sweep Site Leaders, park staff, and our communities, we ask that volunteers adhere to the following guidelines:

Volunteers are required to pre-register for Sweep, and bring their own masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, and water.
All participants and Sweep Leaders from different households must wear masks when closer than 3-6 ft from one another.
Sweep Leaders should maintain a distance of 15 feet and wear masks when providing announcements to volunteers.
Volunteers should not participate if they have ANY signs of illness or if they have potentially been exposed to COVID-19 within the previous two weeks.
