Get your body and mind in shape while celebrating the new season and enjoying glorious Palisades views. Senior teachers from Yogaworks in Irvington will lead three free classes at this third annual event. All equipment will be provided.
Wednesday. June 23. 2010 - Time: 9:00 a.m. - to - Noon
9:00 to 10:00 a.m. - Active yoga with asana (posture poses)
10:15 to 11:15 a.m. - Active yoga with asana
11:30 a. m. to Noon - Kirtan (singing and chanting)
Be prepared: Please bring water, sunscreen and friends!
