NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Irvington will hold a public hearing on October 4, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Irvington to consider the adoption of a local law Electing the Retirement Incentive Program as authorized by Chapter 105, Laws of 2010 for the Eligible Employees of the Village of Irvington. A copy of the proposed local law can be obtained in Village Hall or downloaded from the Village website: www.irvingtonny.gov
