NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Irvington will hold a public hearing on May 21, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Irvington to consider a local law modifying the Village Code with respect to fees paid in lieu of parkland dedication. A copy of the proposed local law can be obtained in Village Hall or downloaded from the Village website: www.irvingtonny.gov
