NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Irvington will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 16, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Irvington, NY, on the siting of a community residential facility for eating disorder treatment programs for adults at 100 South Broadway. A copy of the notification letter submitted by the operator of the facility can be obtained in Village Hall or downloaded from the Village website: www.irvingtonny.gov
