My water softner/filter is not working correctly
The Village does not install or service any part of home filtration systems. This is the sole responsibility of the homeowner. When there is a problem with this or any type of water filtration system that has been installed, you should contact a reputable service provider to repair your system.

If you have a system in place, you will want to check the Water Department website to see when we will be doing our hydrant flushing. This is done in the spring and fall, during this time you may want to remove your filter and flush your lines before replacing it. Please contact your service provider for the correct way to do this.
